Nin10doh News
Rebirth...
Website and TEC are back after a 3-month hiatus. Sorry about that. They were previously hosted on one of ChatSpike's servers that had a catastrophic hardware failure back in early February. After that got resolved, I lost the ability to host anything off of that. Finally tired of not having this functional, it's now being hosted out of my home for the time being. It won't be perfectly stable, but it's more than we've had.
News post comments!
News posts on the website now support comments! The interface might still look a little rough, especially on any skin besides Default... but that's
Mario's problem, not mine. :)

Rank adjustments and upcoming events
This won't affect many of you besides the users at the top of the rank system, but I've done some minor readjustments to the stats required to achieve ranks, so some of you may have unexpectedly moved up or down a level or two. Yes, it was intentional - and as usual with anything involving the rank system, it doesn't matter one bit. :)
On a side note, #nintendo's 6th anniversary is on Saturday, December 5th. We don't have a whole lot planned yet, but feel free to shoot me any ideas you may have, especially if you're willing to take charge of running them.
Title: StarCraft this weekend! (And maybe beyond!)
Passing on a message from
TOH...
Admit it, you've probably had StarCraft installed on your computer at some point, and you've had that CD sitting there for years, all lonely and unused. It's time to put it to good use once more, as this weekend we're trying to get a big #nintendo game of StarCraft going! We'll aim for Friday night around 8 or 9PM eastern, and probably the same time Saturday night, too. If we get a good number of people going, maybe we can play this more regularly.
But until then, I'm encouraging you to install StarCraft if you haven't yet (and if you have it, Brood War), go on their online service, and update it to the latest version. If you don't have StarCraft, most stores that sell PC games should have the StarCraft Battle Chest available for a very good price, and it includes the full game, the Brood War expansion, and two useful strategy guides to help you through the single-player campaigns and to help you get acquainted with all the game's units.
Whether you're experienced or not, anyone who's able to play is welcome, so give
TOH a /msg in #nintendo if you're interested so he can get an idea of how many people are coming.
